How does the free tier work?
You get 3 checksheet generations with no credit card required. After that, upgrade to Professional or Enterprise to keep generating. Your existing generated checksheets stay accessible in read-only form.
Monthly or annual?
Your choice. Annual billing saves you up to 20% — you pay the whole year up-front, and keep unlimited access through it. Monthly billing is charged per month and you can cancel anytime. You can switch between them at any time from the billing page.
What's the difference between Professional and Enterprise?
Professional is built for solo users — unlimited generations, one branding template, PDF + Excel exports. Enterprise adds unlimited team members, unlimited branding templates (one per client), API access, and — the key feature — the ability to upload your company's or client's past checksheets so new generations match their voice and format.
Can I upload our existing checksheets on Enterprise?
Yes. Drop in PDFs, Excel sheets or scanned documents. We extract and index them against your organisation, and from that point on, new generations pull from your corpus first — so they sound like your team wrote them. Contractors working across multiple clients can keep each client's corpus separate.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time for immediate access to the new features. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Is API access included?
API access is included with Enterprise, along with full documentation. Professional is a web-only plan.
